How do I unpack the compressed mattress? What should I pay attention to?
Carefully cut open the outer plastic packaging using the provided tool (avoid using sharp knives that might cut the fabric). Unroll the mattress onto your bed frame or floor. Do not use a box cutter directly on the mattress surface.
How long does it take for the mattress to fully expand? Can I sleep on it immediately?
The mattress typically expands to 90% of its thickness within a few hours, but it takes 24 to 72 hours to fully expand and regain its designed firmness.
Is there any odor after opening the mattress? Is it toxic?
A slight "new product" or foam smell is normal, which comes from the sealed vacuum packaging. It is non-toxic and eco-friendly. Simply place the mattress in a well-ventilated room for 24–48 hours, and the odor will dissipate completely.
How is it shipped? Will it be difficult to move into my room?
